How to lose weight without exercise?

Question: Are there any efficient and quick ways on how to lose weight without exercise? I'm just not the exercising type because I have a hard time staying motivated.

I'm about 6'0 and 220 pounds and I would like to get down to 180 without exercise, mainly dieting and other ways on losing weight.

Do you guys have any tips or tricks on how to lose weight without exercise? Thanks!
